1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, accessing or using Wonderslot: Magic Casino Slots, the wonderslot.app website or related services (together, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you access the Service through Google Play, Google Play’s applicable terms also apply.

2. Eligibility and age

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, are over the legal gambling age in the jurisdiction where you live, and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. The Service is not directed at minors.

You are responsible for confirming that your use of the Service is permitted where you live.

3. Social gaming only

Wonderslot is a social casino game provided solely for entertainment. It does not enable real-money gambling. Virtual coins, items, rewards, scores, achievements and other game content have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money, goods or prizes.

Success in the Service does not imply or predict success in real-money gambling.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping access credentials and connected accounts secure. Information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.

Tell us promptly at support@wonderslot.app if you suspect unauthorized access. You can request deletion of your profile through our profile deletion page.

5. Optional in-app purchases

The Service may offer optional purchases of virtual content or currency. Prices and purchase details are shown before confirmation, and payment is processed by Google Play under its terms. Purchases do not create ownership of virtual items, which are licensed for personal use within the Service only.

Virtual items are non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be redeemed outside the Service. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refund requests are handled under Google Play’s refund rules.

You are responsible for all purchases authorized through your device or account. Use Google Play authentication and family controls to prevent unintended purchases.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent or commercial purposes;
• cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay or manipulate the Service;
• reverse engineer, copy, modify or distribute the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• interfere with servers, security or another user’s access;
• attempt to sell, transfer or exchange accounts or virtual items;
• upload or communicate content that is unlawful, abusive or infringes another person’s rights.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, other users or our legal rights.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, artwork, characters, symbols, audio, text, logos and game design, is owned by or licensed to Wonderslot Ltd and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms.

No rights are granted except those expressly stated here.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, rebalance, add to or remove parts of the Service to improve gameplay, security, compatibility or legal compliance. Features, virtual content and availability may change over time.

We aim to keep the Service available but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, technical failures or events outside our reasonable control may cause interruptions.

9. Third-party services

The Service may connect to services operated by third parties, including Google Play, Google Play Games Services and Firebase. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Wonderslot Ltd is not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided for entertainment on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, Wonderslot Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data caused outside our reasonable control, or loss arising from unauthorized account use.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal, technical or operational reasons. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this choice does not remove any mandatory protections or rights available under the laws of your country. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable consumer law may hear disputes.
